Responses
Every shopper’s answers, recommendations, cart and purchase, one response at a time.
The Responses page shows every individual quiz session — who took the quiz, what they answered, what was recommended, what they added to cart and what they actually bought. Available on the Starter plan and above.
On the Free plan the responses table is locked. Upgrade to Starter or above from Settings → Plan & Billing to see individual responses.
Filters

- Status — All statuses, Completed, or Started (incomplete — the shopper did not reach results)

Responses table
Each row is one quiz session:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | How long ago the session started (hover for the exact date and time) |
| Quiz | Which quiz was taken |
| Shopper | Name and email if provided, otherwise "Anonymous" |
| Status | Completed or Started (did not finish) |
| Funnel | Three icons — viewed cart, checked out, purchased — marked with a green tick when that step happened (a red cross when it didn't), plus the order amount when the shopper bought something |
| Products | How many products were recommended |
Responses are shown newest first. Click a column header to sort: Date (newest or oldest first), Shopper (by name, then email; anonymous responses last) or Status (completed or started first). To see one quiz, use the Quiz filter at the top. The table shows 50 responses per page — use Previous / Next at the bottom to move between pages.

Funnel status — plain Yes / No for Viewed cart, Checked out and Purchased.
Answers Given — every question the shopper answered, with the answer(s) they picked. Multiple-select questions list all selected answers.
Recommended Products — the products shown on the results screen, in ranked order, with image, name and price as they were at the time of the quiz. Products the shopper went on to buy carry a green Bought badge (this also matches WooCommerce variations, which the order names "Product - option").
Added to Cart — the items the shopper added from the results page, with the chosen option (for example size or colour) and price. For 2 or more units you see qty × price with the line total underneath. Subscription items show a Subscription · frequency label. If the quiz has Auto add to cart switched on, an Auto-added badge appears: the items were added automatically when results loaded, not hand-picked by the shopper.
Purchased — the line items of the quiz-attributed order, with the order total in the order's currency, each line's option, qty × price and line total, and a subscription label where it applies. If an order was recorded but its line items weren't, you'll see "Order recorded, line items unavailable".
Added-to-cart and purchased details appear for responses recorded after item tracking went live; older responses show the funnel Yes / No only.
Export to CSV
On paid plans, Export CSV downloads the responses on the current page (up to 50, with your filters applied). Columns: Date, Quiz, Shopper name, Shopper email, Status, Cart viewed, Checked out, Purchased, Revenue, Order currency, Recommended count, Added to cart, Purchased items. To export more, move to the next page and export again, or narrow the date range.
Anonymous responses
If a shopper finishes the quiz without entering an email (or email collection is off on the welcome screen), the session is recorded as Anonymous. Answers, recommendations, cart and purchases are still captured — only the identity is missing.
Drill-down from Analytics
You can also reach responses from the Analytics page: click a funnel stage, product, drop-off bar or revenue chart to open a list of just the responses behind that number.
