What each plan includes, the monthly response limits and how to upgrade.

ShopperQuiz has four plans — Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro. All plans include the full Quiz Builder and unlimited quizzes. The differences are in how many responses you can collect per month and which features are unlocked.

Plans

Free — $0/month

150 responses per month. Includes the full Quiz Builder, unlimited quizzes, the Shopify and WooCommerce integrations, product review stars on results, 1 AI quiz generation (one-time) and 100 one-time AI credits for Ana in the Quiz Builder. Images can be added by URL or chosen from the built-in icons — file uploads are not available on Free. Analytics are limited to the basic KPI cards; the Responses page, charts and the marketing integrations are not available. Email support.

Starter — $29/month

500 responses per month. Adds image file uploads, Custom CSS (inject your own CSS into the quiz widget), individual response details (the Responses page), the Revenue Attributed card on Analytics, and all marketing and automation integrations: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Resend results emails (with Email Analytics), Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, HubSpot, Zapier, Webhooks, the ShopperQuiz API, and Subscriptions. Also adds the mailing-list opt-in on the welcome screen, 5 AI quiz generations per month and 600 AI credits a month. Priority email support.

Growth — $59/month

1,200 responses per month. Adds the full Analytics charts — response volume, conversion funnel, top products, per-quiz breakdown, drop-off by question, answer distribution, engagement heatmap, email capture and audience profiles — 20 AI quiz generations per month and 1,200 AI credits a month. Priority email support.

Pro — $99/month

4,000 responses per month. Adds Revenue Intelligence — quiz revenue, AOV, orders, checkout rate, revenue over time and by quiz, top revenue products, the AOV trend, the per-product conversion funnel and subscription analytics — unlimited AI quiz generations and 2,000 AI credits a month. Priority email, chat, and video meeting support.

Custom

For stores that need more than 4,000 responses per month. Everything in Pro with a custom response limit, and 20 AI credits a month for every $1 of your monthly price. Contact support@shopper-quiz.com to discuss.

Monthly response limit

A response is counted when a shopper starts a quiz (passes the welcome screen), whether or not they finish. The count covers all your quizzes together and resets at the start of each calendar month.

When you reach your plan's limit, your quizzes stop accepting new shoppers until the next month: visitors see "Quiz unavailable — This quiz has reached its monthly limit. Please check back next month." Your quizzes, settings and existing responses are not affected. Upgrade to a higher plan to raise the limit straight away.

AI credits

AI credits pay for Ana in the Quiz Builder and AI image descriptions. Paid plans get a fresh allowance each month; Free gets a one-time allowance. Ask Ana AI in the sidebar (outside the Quiz Builder) is free and doesn't use credits. See AI Credits.

Free trial

Starter, Growth and Pro come with a 14-day free trial. Start it from Settings → Plan & Billing by choosing Start free trial on a plan. There is no trial on Custom.

• Shopify: you approve the plan on Shopify's page as usual, but nothing is charged for 14 days. If you cancel or uninstall during the trial you pay nothing. Otherwise Shopify starts billing the plan by itself when the trial ends. See Billing — Shopify.
• WooCommerce: no card is needed. When the trial ends your account goes back to Free until you choose a plan and pay. See Billing — WooCommerce.

Each store can have one free trial. Reinstalling the app, reconnecting the store or creating a new account does not start another one. If you switch plan during your trial, the trial keeps the same end date.

During the trial you get every feature of the plan, except AI credits: Ana uses your one-time free credits, and the plan's monthly credits start once you pay. The AI quiz generator on the Quizzes page also keeps the Free plan's limits until then. See AI Credits.

Upgrading

You can upgrade at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. Your plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed. Billing is monthly — there are no annual commitments.
