Billing — WooCommerce / Paystack

How billing works for WooCommerce stores: a monthly card payment through Paystack.

WooCommerce merchants are billed through Paystack. Payment is by card and charged monthly.

How it works

When you click Upgrade on a plan in Settings → Plan & Billing, a Paystack payment popup opens directly in your dashboard. Enter your card details and complete the payment — your plan activates as soon as the charge is confirmed. You are not redirected away from the dashboard.

Free trial

Starter, Growth and Pro include a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed. Choose Start free trial on a plan in Settings → Plan & Billing and the plan is active straight away.

• Settings → Plan & Billing shows when the trial ends and how many days are left. You can switch plan during the trial; the end date stays the same.
• To keep the plan, click Subscribe now and pay with the Paystack popup. Your card is charged that day and the trial ends.
• If you don't subscribe, your account goes back to Free when the trial ends and we email you. Your quizzes keep working with Free plan limits, and all your data is kept. Choose a plan any time to get your paid features back.
• Each store can have one free trial. Reconnecting the store or creating a new account does not start a new one.

Renewal

Billing is monthly, charged every 30 days from the date you subscribed. The renewal date is shown in your Plan & Billing section. Paystack charges your card automatically at each renewal.

If a renewal charge fails, your account moves to a past due state. Your plan reverts to Free until the payment is resolved — contact support@shopper-quiz.com if you run into billing issues.

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription, contact support@shopper-quiz.com. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, then reverts to Free. Your quizzes and all your data are kept intact.
