Billing — WooCommerce / Paystack

WooCommerce merchants are billed through Paystack. Payment is by card and charged monthly.

How it works

When you click Upgrade on a plan in Settings → Plan & Billing, a Paystack payment popup opens directly in your dashboard. Enter your card details and complete the payment — your plan activates as soon as the charge is confirmed. You are not redirected away from the dashboard.

Renewal

Billing is monthly, charged every 30 days from the date you subscribed. The renewal date is shown in your Plan & Billing section. Paystack charges your card automatically at each renewal.

If a renewal charge fails, your account moves to a past due state. Your plan reverts to Free until the payment is resolved — contact support@shopper-quiz.com if you run into billing issues.

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription, contact support@shopper-quiz.com. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, then reverts to Free. Your quizzes and all your data are kept intact.
