Results Screen
The Results Screen is what shoppers see after completing the quiz — their personalised product recommendations, cart buttons, and an option to retake. Click Results Screen at the bottom of the question list to open it in the editor.
Loading screen
Text shown to the shopper while results are being calculated.
Heading — the main line shown during the loading animation, e.g. "Finding your perfect match..."
Subheading — a secondary line below the heading, e.g. "Personalising your recommendations."
Results header
The block of copy that appears above the product list on the results screen.
Eyebrow label — a small label shown above the heading, e.g. "Your personalised recommendation". Leave blank to hide it.
Heading — the main heading shown to the shopper after their results load, e.g. "Thank you, {name}." Use {name} to insert the shopper's first name if collected on the welcome screen.
Subheading — a line below the heading, e.g. "Here are your results."
Product list label — a small label shown above the product grid, e.g. "YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS". Leave blank to use the default.
Order summary heading — the heading shown above the order summary panel, e.g. "Order summary".
Empty cart message — text shown inside the order summary when no products have been added to cart yet.
Results
Max products shown — how many recommended products to display. Between 1 and 20. Recommended: 3–8.
Cart buttons
Controls which action buttons appear on each product card.
Show Add to cart — displays an "Add to cart" button on each product. When enabled, set the button text and the text shown after a product is added (e.g. "Added").
Show Checkout button — displays a checkout button. When enabled, set its label text.
Show View cart button — displays a link to open the cart. When enabled, set its label text.
Auto-add all to cart on load — automatically adds every recommended product to the shopper's cart as soon as the results screen appears. Use with care — most merchants leave this off.
No results fallback
Controls what happens when the voting engine produces no eligible products (for example, if filters eliminate everything).
Relax last filter — removes the most recently applied filter and shows the closest matches from the broader product pool.
No results message — shows a custom message only. When selected, a text field appears to set the message, e.g. "We couldn't find a perfect match. Try adjusting your answers."
Prompt to retake — invites the shopper to try the quiz again.
After results
Show retake button — displays a "Retake quiz" link below the product list. When enabled, you can customise the button text.
Style settings
The results screen has extensive typography and colour controls for every element. These are all independent — you can style each section without affecting others.
Heading typography — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), color, and text transform for the main "Thank you" heading.
Subheading typography — same controls for the line below the heading.
Eyebrow label typography — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), color, and text transform for the small label above the heading.
Product list label style — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), color, and text transform for the label above the product grid.
Product card — controls the shape and image sizes of each product card:
- Card border radius and image border radius
- Desktop image height and width
- Mobile image height and width (leave width blank to fill available space automatically)
- Card background color and border color
Product name — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), color, and text transform for the product name on each card.
Tag / collection label — typography for the small tag or collection label shown on each product card.
Description — typography for the product description text on each card.
Price style — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), and color for the product price.
Add to cart button style — full styling for the add to cart button: background, text color, border color and width, border radius, font size, font weight, text transform, and padding X/Y. Separate controls for normal, hover, and active/added states.
View cart button style — background, text color, border color and width, border radius, font size, font weight, padding Y, and text transform. Normal and hover states.
Checkout button style — same controls as the view cart button. Normal and hover states.
Retake button style — color and text transform for the retake link.
Order summary heading style — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), color, and text transform.
Empty cart message style — font family, size (desktop + mobile), and color.
Order summary item name style — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), and color.
Order summary item price style — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), and color.
Order summary quantity style — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), and color.
Order summary subtotal label style — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), and color.
Order summary subtotal value style — font family, weight, size (desktop + mobile), and color.
Saving
Click Save changes in the sticky bar at the bottom. Changes are not saved automatically.
